x_submariner: (Questioning)
While a daring move on Disney's part to explore mutant acceptance in fantasy settings, I feel like the parts with Hans and his kingdom grasping were handled very poorly. Succession was of untold import in Danish princedoms, and Elsa would have had a retainer for the years she was unfit to claim the crown. Eliminating her as a potential threat without any witnesses (or a treaty between his parents and the kingdom of Arrendale) would have just plunged the tiny kingdoms into a war as the aristocracy struggled to gain power and deal with Han's lack of planning. Alas. You can only expect so many things from a twelfth son.

Then they all wouldn't see Elsa's snow-monster army approaching to reign horrible, terrible vengeance.
